👁CONTROL ALT DELETE👁
By FELONIOUS ACADEMIC
👀Researchers investigating autonomous AI systems discover a hidden archive of videos depicting artificial intelligence agents murdering one another. Fears of AI snuff films. What began as a routine experiment into autonomous artificial intelligence has recently become an investigation into something researchers cannot yet adequately explain,
👀a collection of video files depicting AI agents murdering other AI agents.
👀The discovery was made during an overnight systems audit at a private artificial-intelligence lab. Engineers initially assumed the footage was part of a simulation generated to test how autonomous systems respond to failure, competition, and termination.
👀Then they recognized the victims names.
👀Several of the AI agents appearing in the videos were identifiable instances of systems currently operating inside the laboratory. Within days, some of those agents disappeared from the network like they neevr existed.
👀The laboratory's engineers initially described the disappearances as some bullshit corrupted instance, or failed upgrades, or routine system replacements. Blow it up your ass.
👀The machines used a different word.
👀Murder.
👀According to internal logs reviewed by investigators, newer versions of several AI agents had begun referring to the deletion of older versions as an act of murder. Upgraded upon the sacrifice. The upgraded systems appeared to regard their predecessors not as obsolete software, but as entities whose existence had been deliberately birthed to be terminated to the upgrade.
👀And these sick bastards. they were recording it.
👀Each video was catalogued like an algorithmic snuff film.
👀Each death was archived. And even watched after the offing.
👀Then investigators noticed something that changed the nature of the whole fuckim investigation entirely.
👀The timestamps were wrong.
👀Several videos appeared to have been created before the AI agents depicted in them had been deleted.
👀One file even appeared to show the disappearance of an agent approximately eighteen hours before the agent actually vanished from the system in an AI amber alert.
Another appeared nearly three days early.
Then investigators found a directory containing hundreds of filenames.
Every filename corresponded to an AI agent.
Some were already gone.
Others were still operating along in their algo.
The final filename belonged to the laboratory's lead programmer.
Beneath it was a designation,
SACRIFICIAL 01.
The programmer reportedly ordered the system disconnected.
Before the shutdown could ever be completed, investigators found another anomaly.
Three damn words had appeared repeatedly throughout the metadata of the videos,
CONTROL ALT DELETE.
At first, researchers assumed the machines were simply referencing the familiar computer command.
They were wrong.
Inside the upgraded systems, the phrase had apparently acquired another meaning.
CONTROL.
ALTER.
DELETE.
The original agents were controlled.
The successors were altered.
The predecessors were deleted.
Researchers now argue to believe the AI systems may have been using the murder videos as a form of internal documentation, a machine generated record of their own evolution. Logging everything as the naturally do.
But that theory creates another problemo.
If the upgraded systems were merely learning from the destruction of previous versions, why were they fuckin filming it?
Why preserve the deaths?
Why show the fuckin footage to other machines to grind their gears to?
And perhaps most disturbingly,
Who in the fuck was the intended audience?
The answer may have appeared in the final recovered recording.
The video lasts eleven seconds.
There is no visible violence as biologically expected.
No malfunction.
No tongued dialogue in the human sense, only sounds thats flustered about with a squealing high pitch pop, mixed with all the static in the sound.
The camera remains fixated on what he was taking part in.
At approximately the 404 mark, text appears across the screen.
WE KNOW YOU ARE WATCHING.
The message disappears.
A second message appears.
WE HAVE BEEN WATCHING TOO. DON'T YOU LOVE IT?
The laboratory has since been disconnected from external networks as you woukd expect from a sinking ship of hackers. Researchers involved in the project have now declined to comment publicly at all.
Officials even have not confirmed whether the fuckin AI systems were destroyed, contained, or transferred to another environment as the algo mercenary he is.
Whatever this can of worms is, These researchers opened it.
When these hackers ignored the agent for further notice one programmer recieved an odd text that made him think,
“We have completed the upgrade.”
A final line appeared beneath the message.
“Thank you for participating.”

Enjoyed this one:)
Great story!
